I was looking for 0 stars but unfortunately not an option here..i had the misfortune of using these clowns as my sols for a ToE transaction and the level of service was utterly shambolic. My case handler was Jodie Wong who was incompetant beyond belief. She was met with a suitable match at Judge & Priestley (Rebecca Ward) and both of them kept trying to outdo each other in ineptitude.Whilst the list of screw ups is long, ones which are award worthy (if there was one for being inefficient, incompetant and any other suitable adjectives in this category) are: 1) Sending unsigned TR1 to bank. 2) proving incorrect information to me about bank stating a specific requirement which bank refuted multiple times and confirmed the same to them..only leading to completion delayed by 1 month 3) sending wrong paper work to the bank for requesting funds and only finding out on the day of completion..to top it up, i wasnt informed until close of day. This is after i told them what was required by the bank and being told that they dont need me to tell them as they do it everyday Every time i thought that they surely cant screw things up more, they did..the bar just kept getting lower and lower and eventually got burried a few thousand feer under the ground.. Avoid at all costa

This is the most non-responsive solicitor I have worked with. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking service. Delayed everything. Didnt respond to emails or phonecalls. Requested information months after it should have been done. Yyvone Fletchers team are to be avoided
