Augustin came round to fix a few issues with my new flat, he was very polite and professional. Due to this being my first home I was worried about the issues I had however he reassured me that everything was ok, he explained to me what was what and ensure I knew what work had been carried out and how to use the separate tap. Amazing service!! Our shower pump broke and I called expecting to have to wait 4-5 days for an appointment but he came within 5 hours, having bought a new pump on the way. Shower working again and he also fixed a few other issues as well. Delighted!!
