She was also great at negotiating on my behalf and was always really friendly and polite when we spoke. We were probably not the easiest clients of Alexander JLo as they came with pushy recommendation from the developer we were buying from, and while it wasn't a deal breaker, in the beginning we were questioning everything multiple times.
