Anglesey Arms

Friends have raved about the roast at Anglesey Arms for a while now and we’ve just never got round to it. Safe to say will be spending many Sundays for a lunch! We were told they do the best roast in Bromley, I’d say it’s up there with the best in the country. Piers and the team were so welcoming and attentive, was just a great experience all round.

Had Sunday Roast with my family. Ample quantity, good and tasty selection of vegetables with stuffing, yorkshire pudding and potatoes. The lamb and the beef were not as pink as we like them.

I just had the best Sunday roast in ages at the Anglesey Arms! I swear the best chef in Bromley is working there. The meat was tender, the potatoes were roasted almost as well as my wife does them, and the vegetables were full of flavour. And the gravy? The gravy made the meal perfect. Fantastic service and a landlord who clearly wants to make sure every customer has the best possible experience. I'd give them 6 or 7 out of 5 if I could. It was that good.

Gorgeous Sunday roast in a very cosy atmosphere. Everything was delicious, particularly the lamb, the gravy, and cauliflower cheese. After many years of living in Bromley, this gets my vote for best roast dinner by far! Thankyou Anglesey Arms!
