Unfortunately experience here was so terrible that my daughter had to leave with her hair unfinished. What a great shame.

The first time I went to get my braids done by Vanessa, I was super happy and they looked amazing and she was fast. So I decided to go back. I went back and I had to leave early because it was not a good experience at all. She was much slower, very distracted and pulling. She was stopping and going on her phone very very often and went for a 5 minute break which turned into 15 minutes. It had been 1 hour and a half and she had not even done 1/4 of my hair. I have to hold the hair while she is braiding, which really isn’t ideal but I didn’t mind at the time. She was not talking to me very nicely and when we finished that pack and she goes ‘you’re going to hold the next pack properly’ ‘don’t make a mess’ so I said ‘I made a mess?’ and she said ‘yeah look at the floor’. That wasn’t very nice. Then I went to the toilet, and I have a disability that means I spend longer in there. I came back and plugged in my phone and she says ‘you’re the one who has to leave at a certain time and you’re taking so long and wasting time’. I don’t think this is anyway to talk to a customer at all. I then left after that, very overwhelmed and upset. My mum then sent her a text to say that it wasn’t very nice and got this reply ‘Can you please not text my phone again. If your daughter told you that I disrespected her she’s a liar and that will be on her conscience.!!!’ This is not anyway to talk to anybody! Will not be going back.

Olive is the only person/ hairdresser allowed in my hair. Never fails to disappoint me. Amazing Service and amazing hair do. I would 1000% recommend 👌. Update: Many years later I still stand on this !!!!!
