Zero Stars for B&Q: order was due in 3 days, no comms at all from B&Q 12 days later. Called to cancel, was told that takes 48 more hours and I still can't have any email/issue tracking no., I should place a new order instead and pay again. Rep explained internal store systems a lot and then hung up on me (after repeating 48h a few more times). Not worth the hassle.

The service to get plywood cut to size is not working for over a week now. Queues get really long in the evenings, only one or two persons at the tills.
