Really amazing pharmacy staff just went above and beyond to help me with my son’s repeat prescription today. They are always so helpful every time I go in.

Incompetent and unfriendly pharmacist

Extemely rude pharmacist that didnt even bother to explain how to take the medication and just said "instructions on the box". The instructions were really unclear. That's the last time I go there.

111 sent an inhaler went to pick it up the pharmacist woman completely ignored what we asked for and gave a completely different prescription. This is the last time shes gonna be evil to me. I cant breathe properly now i have to find another way to get an inhaler. I never pick up my prescriptions because she gives me so much anxiety standing meters away in her area and shouting out all your personal details just to still get it wrong. Last time i spoke to her she asked my surname when i told her what it was she said we dont have that medication.... she ignored the answer to her own question. She is aggressive and dismissive. There are several pharmacies nearby use any of them avoid this one like the plague. The receptionist staff are all nice and polite.
