Harvey was incredible at doing my nails. Listened to what I wanted and worked with me to create the cutest set for Christmas. Will be coming back for a NY set!

I have been going here for years, very happy with my nails they actually listen to what you want, there has only been a few times that I have not been happy but they have corrected it straight away...staff are very friendly and welcoming only place I go now Yet again another great set of nails love them thank you

Was excited to try here as a friend recommended it. The inside was much nicer than a lot of nail shops in Bromley, and the ****ladies working in the shop seem lovely. HOWEVER my nail tech (only guy) was so rude and rough with the drill, wouldn’t even look/speak to me to ask me to put my hands in and out the dryer despite speaking and understanding English. At one point he just shook my arm…? When I asked him to clarify something because I didn’t hear, he then started chuntering under his breath. Terrible customer service from him. I saw another negative review on here which also mentions a male worker. The ladies serving the other customers were lovely and attentive though.
