Very difficult to deal with, Area manager called up, was rude to me over the phone because I wasn’t going to be charged £700+ and asked if they could leave at the 1st hour and I’ll find someone else. At no point did we refuse to pay the call out fee so the reaction was not necessary at all.

They charge very high prices and also do not give you a estimate of work before the begin the work very stressful experience and they don’t carry any parts this is an agency I thought I was dealing with a local tradesman

Responded and came round quickly. But instead of just fixing things they tried to upsell and get more work. I doubt we would use them again.
