Ben then fitted a new Worcester 4000 combi boiler to a very high standard. Great communication, tidy work, and now we have reliable heating and hot water again. Our boiler started leaking quite badly and we were worried it would damage the floor. Ben came out quickly, isolated the issue and repaired it without any fuss. Requested a quote for boiler installation. Ben turned up extremely late for the appointment after ringing and saying he would be late. He did the survey for boiler. However after a number of weeks no quote has been provided from this company This request came through Worcester Bosch boilers company who provided their contact details. Waste of time and unprofessional.
