Boots Pharmacy

Every time I come here the staff are rude and slow to acknowledge any customers. I came yesterday at 17:20 and they told me the pharmacy was closed.

Several products with wrong pricing. Please see the picture of one example (“Very Good Girl” 80ml is £136, but the price listed on the shelf is £75). I selected a few shower gels and toothpaste that was on sale, but surprisingly at the till nothing had the prices that was showing on the shelves. The lady that works there came with me to the aisle saw the prices and still denied that there are any mistakes. She was very rude! Horrible service!!! I love boots but this extremely unpleasant experience will contribute to not willing to shop here ever again. Another concern is, as a person who uses “Recycle at Boots” program, this store is listed as having a deposit point, but the deposit bin is never there!!! Always have to bring the empties in the city in order to deposit them, rather than depositing in a store which is close by my house.

A shambles

The service at this pharmacy is incredibly bad and leaves much to be desired in every aspect at service. I was poorly served by the prescription department staff every time I needed something, but in different ways. One of those times the pharmacist was rude when attending and impatient and other the staff were doing random things on the shelves, allowing a huge line to form and then it was 5:30 and they closed the service. The last time I was at this pharmacy, they were still 7 minutes away from closing, and I was blocked at the door by the security guard and a staff member who were instructed by the manager not to let anyone else in. Terrible service, if you can avoid it, go to another pharmacy.
