Dr Patel (she) and the assisant were amazing. Thorough checks and explanations throughout my check up, and went through in detail with me the process and next steps for teethcare. Really clear explanations and walk through of options. Highly recommend!!

Dentist did not like me. Told me my crown that is 37 years old and coming away from my gum and hanging below my other front tooth was fine and just cosmetic and the NHS does not do cosmetic It’s not and it causes me ongoing problems. I checked the NHS website and it says this is not good and needs treatment as did other respected websites. I think the dentist did not like the fact I remained assertive although she was gaslighting me and telling me that I was reading rubbish. I have had bad treatment and am sceptical of its cosmetic and the nhs don’t do cosmetic because I heard that before and that’s how I’m in the place with my teeth right now. She tells me my teeth don’t need deep cleaning under the gums but the hospital tells me I do. The dentist also told me when I asked if I could pay her to shave off the overhanging part of crown that she did not do cosmetic work and only did nhs work. That is untrue as she put veneers on my daughter for which she paid for. Really did not like me. Obvs the wrong colour for her, maybe I’m white trash. Judging by the dirty look I got when she called me I well could be. She also told me I was lying not directly but indirectly when I said it was weeks from when I had called to make the appointment to when I was actually at the appointment.

Worst dentist avoid at all costs .... rude talked to like a child all they care about is there private clients do not go there

Dentist advised I have a crown done without doing an xray of the tooth to see it there is any decay or any issues. I don't have any pain or issues with this tooth. It's all about money.
