When we had an emergency service need for a leak, Alex supported us via WhatsApp to diagnose the problem and help us order the appropriate parts so he only had to visit our home once. Alex was an absolute star! I telephoned him in the afternoon to ask if he could help with an emergency service for a leak which was fixed. He made a point of coming round after he was finished at his current appointment! You cannot ask for more...Furthermore, we had some of the parts because we thought we were going to do this ourselves (madness!) & then having an attack of sanity we decided to call in the experts...an excellent decision!
