Unaccommodating staff
Staff/doctor(Quinn) are so kind and lovely. I went at 9am and they helped me to book 10am, waited for 30mins. When I met the doctor, checked all in details and done some tests. Took 1h, I am really appreciated even didnt expect. Just be kind and trust them.

Went to the clinic last week. Registered and was offered a slot. That’s how it works. Went before arranged time. People go in and when they leave nobody calls any names. The gap between appointments is outrageous! What are they doing???? Three people left and no name was called for 40 minutes. No wonder you have to wait for hours. Waited for an hour and 40 minutes beyond my time and left. Never again. You are better off going somewhere else if not prepared to wait for hours. I went to Dean street and was seen by professionals.
