I went in on the 15/10/2025 at around 14:00 and the two girls were so unhelpful I was standing asking for help and they was pretty much standing in front of me pretending not to see me. I asked for my own balloon to be inflated which was a small foil balloon and they charged me £5 my son was crying at the same time so I didn’t even notice until I had already paid. They had an awful attitude and made a stressful trip even worst I ended up going to another card factory to do the rest of my balloons where they charged me much less and asked me which colour ribbon I wanted for the balloons which the girls did not ask me in this card factory I’m so disappointed because this is my local card factory and usually have an easy shop here but today was awful. Do not recommend shopping here at all!
