Hi there, at 10am 12th Nov I had an argument with your staff member at the Peckham Rye branch, a woman named Destiny said she’s a manager very proudly. I came in to find out of my account which I created in Ilford, but I live in the border of Dulwich and worked in Romford. ‘I entered the store, she said how may I help you?’ I was about to explain, then went away from me while I wanted to explain what I needed, regarding an expensive beats headphones I bought few months back. She rudely dismissed me went to assist a staff member not respectful to say excuse me, like I am nothing. What kind of people you employ with such a behaviour? This woman was absolutely rude with attitude after I kindly said to her she should’ve said excuse me or something ‘not just dismiss me like I am not there. So I told her the error she committed, that it wasn’t proper conduct especially I am a customer member. She argued with me and whiles clapping her hands repeatedly saying ‘what is my issue and what can I do for you?’ I literally thought I was on the street squaring with a man who’s about to fight me, literally.’ It was horrible. I would not be surprised people don’t go there. In fact will never set foot again ever, and I meant that. I told her find someone else to serve me l. I simply told the woman she should not have walked away from me like that. She got heated up. Unbelievable, I have never. Fix this or your business is in jeopardy.

Came here to collect a cable that says they have in stock but the guy told me straight away they didn't without even checking pointing to the expensive ones poor store staff
