I had a mixed experience with this solicitor. On the positive side, he is professional, affordable, and transparent with his pricing, which I genuinely appreciated. However, there were some challenges. During our first meeting, despite my thorough preparation, the solicitor seemed to doubt my intentions, and when he asked me to provide additional documents, the process was unclear and his manner became unexpectedly rude when I went back to his office to hand them over in person because the file was too large to email. The door was open but no one was inside, so I waited. I called him, and he came back during his break — I even told him he didn’t need to interrupt his break, but he returned anyway. Even after that, his manner felt unexpectedly rude and added more stress to my situation. At that point, I genuinely felt it might have been easier to handle the entire application myself. Advice for Others: If your case is straightforward, I recommend using online resources like GOV.UK to save time, money, and stress. For more complex cases, a solicitor like Martin can definitely be helpful, He provided me a great service indeed. This is simply my personal experience, and others may have different outcomes.

Martin is a horrible solicitor and doesn’t know how to talk to people. Very rude and dismissive. Don’t lie I recorded the call. The other reviews about you being disrespectful is true aswell. And I didn’t call to ask about any costs. Lie again. The person who referred me to you said they won’t even be paying what they owe as this is a regular pattern from you. I met Mr Martin about 3/4 years ago and he was straight forward I really liked his consultation and his prices was reasonable too I will going back tomorrow morning as am now ready I have been to places but I will choose him over the rest I don't even have an appointment but I will take the risk
