Really disappointed with my eyebrow threading today. A huge chunk of my eyebrow has been removed and they have generally been completely thinned out despite asking not to take too much off. This is the worst threading experience I have had, and am really disappointed with the many stray hairs missed. It’s also upsetting to have acne/blemishes pointed out. Pointing out peoples insecurities is not the way to sell other services, especially when I am only there for threading and not for a facial. Not a good experience and would not recommend.

First time here and deffo I’m coming Back. Went to get some highlights and they give me this iconic look. Lovely staff ❤️
