These accountants left us with 3 penalties for late VAT submissions. We never had that before with any accountants and haven't had any since. Never. Just them. Terrible accountants. Genuinely a shambles. Other than submitting late, they make mistakes, they left us with a terrible situation with HMRC on VAT, they made mistakes that meant any repayments we were due we didn't get. No-one is ever there to deal with anything - everyone on holiday or constantly leaving working there. The original partners left and it's been a huge mess since. DO NOT USE! Thank me later!
