**Update***after placing this review I finally received a call and the liars I heard was unbelievable its a joke. Easygym Camberwell is a greedy company that just cares about money and not the health and wellbeing of their clients. I complained about one particular gym instructor SAM/AYO as he had covid-19 and didnt inform the gym and then started to lie when I questioned him about the matter .And they still have this nasty individual in the gym which up to this day alarms me. Nothing was ever done about my complaint and SAM/AYO was not dealt with correctly. On the plusside LESLEY ⭐is an amazing personal trainer he was extremely professional, patient, explained everything in so much depth and always bubbly and jolly to work with...

There was a real sense of community at Easygym. As someone who has lived in Camberwell for last 12 years, if there is one thing I will miss most about moving from the area is Easygym. From excellent trainers such as Dyon and Claudia, among many that have left I really felt part of something bigger. Easygym helped me through Covid and many other challenging times in life, while as a business model it might have not been succesful the community it helped create and impact on individual lives will never be forgotten. Thank you ❤️

You get 1 star but it should be none for customer service. I have made a number of attempts to contact this gym via the site, and I've even rung Camberwell using the number on the entrance, which just rang out. As someone who wants to sign up with you, this is a red flag... which is a shame. Pure gym Camberwell it is
