There’s a great selection of soaps and candles, and the customer service is fantastic – the lady who helped me was really friendly. However, I would recommend avoiding the cloth bags as the quality is subpar - and they were not cheap which makes it worse. While the soaps and candles are great, the bags didn’t meet expectations. I’ve finally found an email for Fiona sent a polite request for money back for this isolated cloth bag disaster.
Lovely shop but staff/woman working there is extremely rude. I went in to look for Xmas gifts, said hello as I came in not even a hello back and was just being stared at the entire time. Didn’t buy anything due to this and when I was leaving smiled and said thank you just to be ignored. Very odd for what I believe is a small business
came into the shop today, was extremely cute with loads of beautiful hand crafted items but the only staff member there was extremely rude and cold.
