Horrible experience and the first in my life walking out of a salon mid treatment. I tried to be polite and wrote ahead explaining that I have a sensitive scalp. She pulled so much of my hair off and when I kept telling her how painful it was, she told me to be quiet and let her do her job. She held my bags hostage until I paid (for services I didn’t receive) and I am yet to receive a refund.
