

Fitology Hub are safe, supportive women-only gyms in South East London where women build strength, confidence, and resilience. We create a warm and accepting space where each member feels listened to and empowered. Our members tell us they feel motivated by the energetic and sociable atmosphere of our small group training sessions. All our members are given regular individual guidance and attention in both 1:1 and semi-private small group strength training sessions. Our coaches are always happy to go through anything members are unsure about or to adapt any exercises for injury or discomfort. This unique blend of challenge and care supports every member to achieve their goals and become healthier, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
