Fuse Fitness

Another master fitness class by Darren. Puise rate above 120 the whole hour with a great variety of exercises. Also great workout music and all in the great outdoors. Looking forward to next week. Thank you Darren!

One of the best bootcamp classes I've ever done. I wish I could go every week (life with kids means I can't) but it is a brilliant, truly maxed out session in a circuit style with strength and cardio. Darren clearly cares about people getting the most they can from the class. Thank you!

I’m new to Fuse and have joined a couple of cardio & dumbbell classes. From the word go I’ve been made to feel very welcome, it’s a great group of people of different ages, tough dynamic workouts but not intimidating at all. Darren’s energy and enthusiasm rubs off on the class, I would never work so hard on my own in the gym! I’ve learnt better technique with weights and improved my posture - I’m absolutely loving it and feel blessed that I’ve found a brilliant outdoor class. Oh and it’s very reasonably priced which is a massive bonus! Thanks to Darren and the Fuse team 👊
