Paid for denture that doesn’t fit. What was most frustrating was the attitude of the Technician as he advised me to go to dentist and get a tooth and get my tooth filed down and explained that the denture will fit. Eventually got legal advice, wrote a letter and today I received a refund. It’s disgraceful that George’s name is still on this business, as the quality of work is poor!! George has made dentures for me over many years and this incompetence was never experienced.
