Very friendly staff and great service.
I was given expert advice with regards to a specific problem. I was later contacted after the dentist sought further advice and given the options I was better able to make a better decision. This is what you need from your dental practitioner.
From the outset of using this practice, Dr Helena Usher has been so helpful, and attentive in trying to establish what the issue is and doing to utmost to stop the pain, which she did several times and also saw me at short notice when I had another emergency. All the Dentists I have seen in the practice are friendly, professional and explain what the issue is. I highly recommend this professional and very clean dentist practice to all. Also I forgot to mention, the lovely and professional receptionists, if you call they help and when you’re in reception they are very polite and bubbly.
