Just really bad service all round. 2 different people dealt with my daughter case, I had to repeat the same info over and over again despite it being all in email threads, statements and reports at the end they still messed up my daughter case ones they notice that they drop her case. Totally waste of time 15+ months of drawn out correspondence. The entire process was just frustrating. I definitely suggest you guys to finding another company if you want to make any claim. Don’t let this company scam you and destroy your case just like they did to my daughter case 😢
