I went to buy a pair of trainers for my boy, middle of a weekday, not busy. . I looked for assistance, didn’t get any so queued with my shoebox and one shoe, hoping for someone to bring the other shoe while I’m paying. The cashier wanted me to go all the way back looking for inexistant help and queue again….I left the pair of shoes. Call somemone and get the job done, what kind of customer service is that ?
Terrible customer service from the so called assistant manager, and the manager supposedly worked at jd sports for 18 years ,and his service was nil ,,he and she is a waste of time, and space ,,, MR JD SPORTS LOOK AT THE PEOPLE YOU EMPLOY,,,ALL NUMPTY JACKS
