I used Judge & Priestley for both my sale and my ongoing purchase. The conveyancing executive did not reply to my emails or return my calls. I only knew about dates for exchange from my estate agent. I had to ask him to get the solicitors to confirm this as they wouldn't respond to me. It's a stressful process made harder when there is no communication about what is happening.
