I booked an appointment for 2 pm and told her I had a party to attend but she kept me waiting, saying she would attend to me soon and even people that came after I made theirs and left. Before I knew it, 2 pm became 8 pm, then from 8 pm to 10 pm. I didn't even mind coming later in the night to do my hair, maybe after the party. But the fact that I had to wait that long and still didn't get to do my hair was just disappointing and irritating. Terrible customer service. If I could give this a negative star, I would gladly do that.
