no customer car park and rude girl on the Kisoks messed up change. and music choice in the main shopping area is horrible.

There is no customer carpark. When i went in the shop to ask the first employee ignored me. the second one mumbled to go to customer service without looking at me. i then went to the security and he was on the phone and then he told me that there was no car park in morrisson anymore. at the checkout, I asked the self checkout staff to help with the bottle of liqueur security tag, she took a few minutes to acknoledme then she mumbled a response that i did not understand so i asked again. she looked irritated that i did not understand and repeated that i needed to oay first. I finished to scan all items and then i called her again to approve the purchase. she again looked unhappy by my demand. no smile no customer service manner and shd slowly walk toward my till to put her oass. i than asked her to removed the tag and she said in agressive way: i told you you need to pay nefore we remove. i asked her to confirm instructions and sge repeated the same annoyed. I finished paying she saw me waiting for her but did not come until a few minutes later (there was a queue of people waiting and I had to apologise to take so long stating to a customer that i was waiting for help but the lady was ignoring me) i then asked her to help and she said: i told you to go to the cashier for that. I repeated her instructions and she said yes that s right. at that point a security guard came to help me, took the bottle at the cashier that was literally 1 m away from me and he removed the tag for me. I said have a good evening while leaving but was only answered in a low unmotivated tone. The full experience left me unwilling to return ever to that branch
