If I could give 0 stars I would... No communication what so ever and you have to do all the chasing... Staff have left good luck to the person who has taken on the Team Manager as she is who I speak of. no forwarding email just bounce backs and they don't answer the phone
A brilliant company to deal with . Mr Marco Severini took on our case ( against the odds ) and kept us informed the whole time . I have never dealt with solicitors before but I would use these again .no patronising or legal jargon just straight forward information . I can't rate them highly enough .give them a go,you won't be sorry
Interesting call to try to engage me I. A conversation about a fictitious car accident in the last two years. Call agent passed me to supervisor who confirmed the solicitor practice address. He then ended the call when I asked if he knew what the Telephone Preference Service was. Really, a solicitors practice should screen their database before cold calling. Very poor practice.
