Got my braids done by braidsbyshan, her work was very good but her customer service skills are poor and just because of that I will not be returning. Very negative energy.

I always have such a lovely experience at My Tiara. The staff and hairstylists are always very professional, kind and friendly. I’m a repeat customer because they have such an amazing service. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone that’s looking to have your hair laid and the most prettiest nails.

they canceled my reservation 3 times at the last moment a few hours before my appointment, they had no reason they just apologized and offered me a 30% discount for the next service, I accepted and tried to give it one last chance they read my message and did not answer me it is totally disrespectful and rude, she only chooses the clientele that is not Fair
