They tell everyone to wait 5/10 minutes then 45 min later another 5/10 min wait. Waste of time going here avoid this store. Time wasters
Poor service, unfriendly and not exactly helpful
Visited Brixton store to unblock my SIM for a business account. Told the staff at the door, yet I waited over 30 minutes while someone who arrived after me was served first. After all that time, they couldn’t help me. Terrible service for business customers.
I was there yesterday morning after erasing my eSIM by mistake. I was welcomed by a young girl who was amazing. I don’t know your name but thanks a lot for solving my problem in 2mn after the live chat I used the night before were completely useless for more than 2h30! Thanks!
