Been a customer for 14 years and always liked the clinic. I tried to book an appointment for the past 3 days but nobody answers the phone. I had to look for another clinic unfortunately.

Previous patience commented he had been number 2 in the queue for a while and wondered if receptionist was working someone from your establishment said receptionist are hard working well I'm not disputing that. They do work hard. Why have I been caller number 1 for the over hour? Is there an issue with your phones? Receptionists talk to patience for over hr? Does the dentist use the receptionist phone to make calls? I have been in the queue 1 hour 30 min. Please find attached the proof. this is not acceptable. I wanted to cancel my appointment as I have been very unwell but not able to get through.
