I called Plumb London to arrange my yearly boiler service and was really impressed from start to finish. The service over the phone was prompt, polite, and very helpful, and the appointment was booked quickly. I also received both an email and SMS confirmation before the plumber arrived, which was really reassuring. Chris, the plumber, arrived exactly as planned and was highly professional, explaining everything clearly and pointing out any areas of concern. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Plumb London again. Highly recommended!
Awful service - do not use this company - they charged up front to come over and then charged double for doing nothing Avoid at all costs - no one has come back to me however hard I try please can you answer my email to customer services- you have not replied - I was fobbed off and told you will reply within 5 days Honestly ? is this part of the process to tell your customers to look for emails that have not been sent ? This is a nightmare
