It was a far-from-straightforward starting position (previous failed business sale, EOT proposed by employees not founders) but Postlethwaites were superb throughout. Our experience during the EOT was very thorough. Robert and Sizen explained everything that we needed to know. We are a small company and had tried to sell the Company so that we could take some time out, my husband is at retirement age but wanted to carry on for a little bit longer - the EOT was the best solution all round. It meant that we could still employ all of our loyal staff, some of them have been with us for over 20 years. The EOT was the best results for everyone concerned and the Company can progress and develop as we go along. The majority of staff have been happy to proceed with the EOT and time will, I am sure, bring any stragglers into the fold once they see the benefits long term.
