I have been going to Powerwave for nearly a year and my body has transformed with consistency and encouragement from krasi at every class. I am the most physically fit and strongest I have been and am ready to hit 50 next year in my best shape physically and mentally. I never thought i could get my fitness back after such a tough couple of years after losing my beloved husband and dad simultaneously and my confidence dived and i crumbled massively and tried lots of different classes and gyms and honestly the comfort and buzz I get at Powerwave after every class is priceless and has been part of my journey to get myself back.
