The staff are very helpful and friendly and the chicken wings are on point! I would definitely recommend!
Went here for the Matt's BBQ Karaoke Jamaica Relief event and the bar service was the worst I've ever experienced in London. Me and my friend paid for two rum punches and were served by the white/Turkish looking guy. Our cups were half empty, so we politely asked if he could fill it up some more with juice/soda in the tap, but he had an attitude and rudely snapped back "no" and that this was the serving size. We later saw a group of girls with the same drink, but their cups were full to the brim. I asked them how they managed to got a full serving and the girls said that the same server filled their cups up with juice when they asked! Service was extremely slow and I had to beg four different people to clean our table and collect the plates left behind by the previous guests. We sat on a dirty, sticky table for around 40 minutes - there's no excuse for that. Later on in the night, I tried to order a bottle of prosecco - they said they ran out of bottles but I could order by the glass. Tried to order two glasses and they only had enough for one! What kinda pub runs out of prosecco, let alone during the Christmas season? It's a shame because I love supporting black businesses but the bar and waiting staff let this establishment down, I doubt I'll go back.
They kicked us out with no reason, being very racist
