Unreliable. Terrible customer service. I booked weeks in advance and they rescheduled my booking on two separate occasions without explanation. Now, an hour before my appointment they cancelled my booking without explanation.

Very pleased with little ones hair style. Naomi has been the most gentle stylist yet which my daughter barely complained about. This is not a crowded salon that will have you sitting in a towel for an hour awaiting a stylist to become available. We booked an appointment and was seen on time. She really went the extra with making the style pretty at the end fixing her edges and adding the hair ropes and clips. 4 stars because the hair style wasn't the exact one we had originally asked for & the drama show which was being watched during my daughters appointment was a bit much would have preferred some music. We will return. PS. The salon address isn't accurate but if you contact her direct she can give the new location.

This place has shut down! I arrived there for an appointment and it was clearly closed down but they had charged me via Treatwell already. They emailed saying the address had changed, but clearly the address remains the same on Google and this was not flagged clearly by the Treatwell confirmation email. They have point blank refused to refund the fee for the appointment too and were very rude on the phone to my partner when she called to ask. Really disappointing.
