I had a wonderful experience today! Kalpana greeted me with a warm smile and provided truly cheerful and attentive service throughout my visit. She made me feel welcome and taken care of, and her positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Kalpana, for making my day brighter — outstanding customer service!

Too many 3-for-2 offers. It's not a discount, they're just overcharging people who need just one or two of an item - under the pretence of a discount... Namely anyone who's single or the elderly. Morrisons is the same. These 'offers' lead to food waste and/or over-eating. Lidl have a better reward-based model that encourages loyalty rather than one which punishes.

Never get my Nectar Wowchers, as the printing machines always out if paper on the self checkouts. Often prices on the shelfs are not matching the price at the till and you have to queue to get a refund. Disappointing, when you spending hundreds of pounds!

Quite large store with parking. In general has good produce and variety ...when well stocked, which is hit and miss nowadays. Suffers from the trend of restocking during the day, blocking aisles and hindering public access. Also if you don't see what you're looking for, even though the price label is in place, it might be behind what you're looking at. Lazy, inattentive shelf refilling, not specific to Sainsbury. Lots of self-checkout machines accompanying standard manned tills, and has the SmartShop app facility so you can scan-as-you-go. Has a Costa machine, sushi service counter and an Argos onsite, as well as an ATM outside. Vagrants hanging around the entrance, with the security quite nonchalant/inattentive, but it has improved ...to a degree.
