Very disappointed with the general manager helpless zero costumer service Om coming to this shop every day I asked them to borrow me the trolley to take the heavy bags across the street And he denied this. And the duty manager jay (very helpful guy) mentioned that I'm regular costumer and even so he was refusing. Also asked him to make a mach price for self levelling and he refused because it wasn't the same brand however I mentioned that I need to get 17 bags so he could make any type of discount And refuse again. Says he can't But jay helped me out and gave 10% off (This guy should do a course how to deal with frequent costumers
