The service is exceptional, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and business oriented.
Employees need customer service training. Went to get a US visa picture taken and asked immediately if my ears needed to be visible. The lady proceeded to tell me no. When I returned to let them know that the picture did not meet the requirements both herself and her colleague were very defensive and horrible- wanting to argue. Worst experience.
Yadi was so helpful, she provided the best service for me. I will be back for sure !
