I was shocked to see 2.9 rating. I’ve been shopping here for years and never had any problems. I regularly do click and collect as well.
The manager shawn is the rudest person, he has no consideration and does nothing all day. I witnessed him being rude to a customer and it’s completely unacceptable how he talks to people.
