I’ve been to many different Pilates classes and the weekly Pilates with Monica on Sundays are definitely the best Pilates classes I have been to. The have really helped strengthen my core and relieve my lower back issues

Out of London centres I've been to so far (castle, font near Burough market, stronghold, yonder, and climbing hanger) this might be my new favourite - Loads of climbs and super spacious. Love the roofus board! A great centre and one I'll be back to in the future!
