Chaotic shop with rude staff. I asked a member of staff if they had something and was just told, "No!". Decided not to buy another book I wanted after that.
Has to be the worst WH smiths ever. The young Indian guy was very helpful. However thr black lady and the young blonde guy was rude as hell. No sense of customer service and certainly didn’t look like they wanted to be there. Asked them for advice on a product and was met with a very angry “if it’s here it’s here or check online”. WH smiths, sort your staff out seriously
Rude staff with no sense of what customer service is.. young blonde guy was just rude for no apparent reason
The truth is that the staff there seems to not want to work because when you ask them a question, they answer rudely. Very poor service on their part.
