The Coffee Studio - Greenwich

What a lovely coffee shop. Beautifully decorated for Christmas creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and the cafe is a great place for those that prefer a quiet and calm atmosphere. Unlike most coffee shops they offer all alternative milks for free which is absolutely fantastic so I'd like to say a huge thank you for caring about inclusivity and taking real steps toward sustainability. Although it would be better to use actual cups and mugs instead of non reusable so I reduced a star for this. I’ll definitely be back.

Apologies in advance for the long review but I have been living in London for 18 months now, right above The Coffee Studio and have been to many many cafes across London during this time. However, I can hands-down say that the number one barista I have come across in London is KATE! What an absolute superstar - her skills surpass anyone I have had coffee from, so much so, I go to the Coffee Studio now 3-4 times a week specifically so I can get coffee from Kate. Her energy and kindness far exceeds that of any other 'hospitality worker', she is genuine, remembers details about you and your order and takes genuine interest in your life. Of course not only this, but her coffee just genuinely tastes better than others, and she is clearly a superbly trained barista. Without her, I probably wouldn't be regularly going to the Coffee Studio, but combining all of the above, she is a genuine asset for the Coffee Studio!! I have many friends who I have taken to the Coffee Studio to try 'Kate's Coffee' and all agree that she has been the best barista by far in London, so it's not just me who sees this. Thank you Kate for making every trip to the Coffee Studio an absolute delight :) P.S. just one downside - I have been having Pumpkin Spice in my Flat White since September 2024 (over a year) and was disappointed to learn this has all been placed in storage until next year. Everyone at the Coffee Studio knows I have this 3-4 times a week and knows my order, plus I know that many other people in Greenwich come for the pumpkin spice year round, so I hope this is just a sad mistake you will be willing to remedy. Please can you bring it back and make a permanent flavour as I thought it was!? I'll likely cut back my visits without it sorry to say :(
