The dentist uses medieval techniques and is very brutal with her approach, misfitted a veneer and and damaged the filling next to it then claimed it was like that when before she did anything. Avoid this place at all costs because the place will back their dentist over you then wish you all the best. It’s going to £1000s to put right and they’re deflecting any responsibility for the pain and suffering

Very unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist. I was being booked in for an appointment I didn’t know what it was for or that I needed to pay. When I questioned if this would cost anything, how much if so and what this appointment would entail, I was then met with aggravation and reluctancy to give information. I decided to register with another dentist.

Horrible!! When I first stepped in I was not greeted by a smile but a frown. The receptionist then asked me “What do you want?” In a very horrible manner. I then asked for her name as to complain to which she replied with “Do we have a problem?”. She brought out Dr Victor Akinsola who backed her up. When I started to explain, the receptionist was kissing her teeth each time I spoke. Honestly this experience has taken a very big turn on my mental health. Being spoken to in that way and not being able to stand up for my self has made me relive trauma. Making me freeze and unable to talk or speak up for my self. He told me to leave. When he told me this the lady laughed under her breath. On another occasion when I was having my teeth checked dr akinsola coughed on me while not wearing a mask. I brushed it of thinking that it was not that deep but now I realise that it is very unsanitary. I have also seen how dr akinsola treats trainees. He shouted at this South Asian trainee, instead of nicely explaining, when she done something wrong which I think is morally wrong. Overall this dentistry is not good and I will never ever refer anyone back here.

The doctor is very respectful and the nurses are kind and represent the practice very well. I like the idea of the nurse calling a day before one's appointment to alert you of the time and the day.
