They are very empathetic, and listen attentively to the patient's request and give solutions promptly. Above all, the team's collaboration is amazing and they are like a happy jolly family. I'm 50yrs old, haven't seen a Dentist since the last time I have no choice, and where I've been afraid of dentist for the pain I remember, it has caused me to lose teeth...it explained this to Rose (Dentist) and this practice has turned my head. My last Dentist was an 18 stone man who smoked and had long nasal hair. And he hurt me. Who knew Dentists didn't have to inflict pain? Little Shop of Horrors style? If I had Rose and her team earlier in life, I wouldn't be at the stage I am now. I have sensitive teeth. Probably due to me trying to whiten without a proper Dentist help. And where I'm pretty confident otherwise, my teeth let me down. And I very much appreciate the honesty, even giving bad news, from everyone at the practice. I'm past some options of fixing now. Specifically to mention....the way they promote dental hygiene alongside dental checks. If you clean proper, less problems. Point two, where I had a fear of needles, sneaking the really bad one in at the back without prior warning. Genius. Showing real professionalism, I'm in good hands. Noting the 'really bad one' was more of a scratch, 5% painful. And where I've had to mess around and change dates, the receptionist calls were consistently as understanding, accommodating and fully able to sort everything themselves. It's a small team of experts and after several trips and from my perspective, every one of them out performs in the area proven they are experts in.
