When the shop first opened, I worked here, and one morning a manager dismissed me without explanation. It was a difficult experience, It was hurtful and unfair, and I’ve never forgotten it.” and I hope the shop handles employee matters more transparently now.”

Great charity shop , it's a big store , staff are so nice always a great selection of shoes and sportswear , I find the prices fair for London, always play excellent music as well , heart foundation and mind are very close by too .

Relaxing browsing experience but ridiculous prices - let's not forget these are not new clothes and some of the brands are poor quality makes (Shein) and some have holes, faults etc., so the cost is unjustified. The point of tackling poverty is also to have fair prices.
